Damage Claims:
    In our effort to provide you with even faster deliveries, we have changed our selection of transport companies and are using Schenker as our primary carrier. While the companies that we have chosen to deliver your goods are all reputable, from time to time there can be damaged or missing items. In order for us to process any claims in a timely and efficient manner, we ask that you report any claims within five working days after receipt of your shipment. We ask you to state damaged or missing goods on the shipping document, to be signed by you and the delivery driver, and this document should be sent to Mustad, or more specifically, to your Mustad Customer Service Representative. Due to our agreement with the transport companies, any claims not reported within five working days from the day of delivery may be denied.
